Increase strafe speed while ADS'd

I feel like currently when I'm aiming down sights and moving left and right with any gun the speed is really slow. Please try to increase this by 50%. It's just a little bit too slow right now. People are really easy to kill because of this.

If we add the strafe speed, it'll be way too hard to land a 2tap. People will just go for bodyshots instead, which will ruin the gameplay.

Increasing it slightly does make it a little more difficult to 2 tap people and that is the point. Currently it is stupid easy to 2 tap people because the speed is so slow. Compare the speeds to H1 and you'll see it is a great deal slower and people have no problem 2 tapping on H1. It just needs a slight increase not much.
